HRO Resources is a rapidly growing HR Outsourcing, Employee Benefits and Commercial Insurance provider to small and medium businesses. We provide full benefits administration services to our clients which includes but is not limited to submitting all employee change information to insurance carriers, administering COBRA, Section 125 / Flex Spending, 401k, HRA/HSA, payments and general benefits support to out clients and their employees.
In this position, you will interface with Insurance providers, third party compliance vendors on behalf of our clients. In addition you will be responsible for updating and maintain the benefits information in the clients payroll and benefits enrollment systems.
Candidates with a minimum of 2 years experience working in customer service or account management for benefits insurance brokerage, benefits departments for large enterprise corporations or with service providers similar to HRO would be a plus. Must have strong technical skills working with enterprise Payroll / HRIS systems and also highly proficient with MS Office.
