HRO Resources is a fast-growing HR Outsourcing, Employee Benefits and Commercial Insurance company looking for mature and articulate people to make outbound calls to C Level Executives and HR professionals of small and medium businesses. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, calling prospective companies to gather critical business information and to create interest in learning more about HRO. Additional duties include logging call data in our computer system, and meeting weekly and monthly goals as defined by your supervisor. This would be an excellent position for an individual with experience in Human Resources and or Employee Benefits but needs the flexibility of a part time position with flexible hours. Compensation is paid hourly based on experience and includes substantial incentives for performance.
This position will be located in our local office. However, for the right candidate, we would consider a virtual position working form home.
Telemarketer / Market Research: High School degree with some college preferred. Must be comfortable with high volume of outbound calling. Familiarity with Salesforce.com a plus, proficient with Microsoft Office applications is a requirement.
Part-time position for 20 - 32 hours a week.
Must be willing to submit and pass a Background Check.
