This position is responsible for the generation of sales of Human Resource Outsourcing Services and Employee Benefits to small and medium size companies. 

Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Use various forms of marketing (Cold Calling, Networking, etc.) to produce 2-3 new quality appointments weekly
  • Methodical and strategic approach to sales and business development
  • Properly plans and executes sales calls
  • Builds proposals tailored specifically around the prospect's needs /  pain
  • Tracks prospect progress routinely in CRM and keeps information up to date
  • Develops effective relationships with centers of influence to supplement lead sources
  • Achieve and exceed new business quota assignments
  • Skills and Experience
  • Required:
    • Outside sales experience in Payroll, PEO or Insurance a plus 
    • Consultative / Solution selling skills
    • Excellent prospecting skills and new business development skills
    • High level of business acumen
    • Ability to manage complex sale
    • Proficient in use of MS Office and experience with Contact Management system
    • Ability to close prospects on the value of solution
    • Experience collaborating with and successfully recommending solutions to the  C-Suite
    • Documented track record of consistent sales success
    • B2B experience
    • Experience developing lead sources through a variety of activities including cold calling
    • Consistent above quota achiever; President's Club achiever
    Should also have:
